One of our most important and effective initiatives, known as "coco zana," involves conducting rehydration campaigns. Developed by Dr. j. Browne, M.D. during his time studying food hydration and wellness in the mountains of the Dominican Republic.

Through these campaigns, we distribute coconut water and apples to community members, promoting the consumption of H302 structured water to rehydrate effectively.

Additionally, we tackle the issue of food deserts by offering whole fruits, vegetables, and herbs to ensure access to nutritious options. Furthermore, we prioritize educating individuals about food sequencing, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding their meals. Our overall goal is to provide comprehensive guidance on general wellness, ensuring that our community members lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
